Hi Anjez;
Thanks for acknowledgement of my mail. In fact APDI is just but one project of LUKMEF. You are being nominated to the LUKMEF Board which even oversees the management of the APDI. Please do not panic about the structure and the duties of Board Members. They actually prove only the top level advice and decisions on the policies of the orgnaisation. Read the link below and kindly get back to me with any questions.

Hi Dear Christian,

Your mail with invitation for me to be board member surprised me last Saturday gladly and i have to say i felt even honoured... (i mean: it was just a nice surprise).

I hope the link i provided you of that organization that i found can help you, as i feel you know best whether the criteria they have for "conditions" under which financial help is provided, suits your purpose and if there is a chance to get their support.

All i know is that those organizations want a transparent and verifiable responsibility of the money, and they will possibly (this is my guess) ask you to provide all sources and show, again, 'verifiable' (!) skills..., as is: (verifiable...) qualified people; they probably only do so to be sure the money will not be wasted and/or not end up in somebody else's hands with a purpose very different than peace or any humanitarian purpose.

Yes, if anything, please let me know. I have not yet experience with organizations as the one i proposed to you. All i know is that they are absolutely reliable. And so this, reliability, is also what they "demand" from the ones whom apply for financial support.

Thank you for inviting me to the APDI Board; i will try to find how to join... (i have not checked yet whether it is some button i "should" click, or a change in my profile...).

Best Wishes Again,
.Anjez.*

p.s., Dear Christian,

Although Cameroon is not a socalled "Hivos" country in the list you can read in the url (if you copy-paste it in your browser's url space), several other countries in Africa are... and since this is African (!) Peace and Democratic Institute, there may be some opening.

I hope you see some new possibility from here...

If anything you need further because of this, let me know.
I feel you know best what to do with the "criteria" of this organization (Hivos) and reflect all information they present for the situation of APDI.

Best Wishes Once More,
.Anjez.*

Christian,

I found this (hope the link that i copy-pasted from the browser's "url" space works), it is in The Netherlands (situated in The Hague, government city), yet this organization is not bound to the government, has offices and partners worldwide, these pages are however in English (as much is in Dutch) and you could check out about the "criteria" and see if this organization can help you.

http://www.hivos.nl/virtualoffice/virtual_office/criteria/the_general_criteria

and check out the other English 'links' at this page. The organization's name is Hivos, the "H" is for "Humanitarian" (though then in Dutch, as the rest of the name is also in Dutch). The link is about "criteria" for funding as i feel you know best the criteria.

I hope this is at least a step toward funding or research to find out about funding possibility as you are in search for.

Maybe i hear from you again in this.

Best Wishes,
.Anjez.*

Dear Christian,

"We are currently finalizing a program called National Youth Action Program aimed at encouraging youths to get actively involved in national development and reducing brain drain that in part contributes to the problems of illegal emigration in developed countries."

(et cetera)

I may have found a possibility, busy with checking it out. I will let you know more as soon as possible.

Dear Christian,

Thank you for having invited me as your friend. I came here because of Gil Hardwick who sent me the link some time ago, yet i only recently could but click the link to join online this African Peace Institute.

I feel the network you created could "speed up" raising worldwide awareness about Africa into moving Africa and the Peoples of Africa from the world's margin to the world's center, into the heart of a sane Humanity. I so feel your initiative for an African Peace and Democratic Institute on the Internet is only positive.

Wishing a New Sun to Rise for Africa in Peace in the midst of a through Love United World of Peoples,
.Anjez.*
